The most useful electronic gadget I own The most useful electronic gadget that I own is my mobile device. It is by far the most used device I own, where I used it on a daily basis and for multiple hours a day. Some of the main functions that I mainly use are the ebook reader that I've downloaded through the app store, the social media apps to connect with the people I know, and the music player because life is too dull without entertainment. There are many other things you can do with a mobile device as well, such as writing this very blog that I am not using my mobile device to write on because that would be a pain. Of course all of this would not be available without connection to the internet, so one can say that it is equally important.

  1) People are often hesitant to make a complaint; why do you think this is?  Because they are unsure if management will support the complaint as often times the one conducting the bullying is their superior.      Workplace stress is something that all of us have experienced at some point of our lives. Most jobs involve some degree of stress which can come from working with your peers, customer demands, management demands, and problems at home. While there have been studies indicating how small amount of stress or in short burst are beneficial in helping you stay alert and be competitive, prolonged or excessive stress can be damaging to your mental health and may affect your relationships with others inside and outside of work. Stress can also increase the risk of a mental breakdown, injury, fatigue, and burnout. There are many signs and symptoms of stress which can be both physical and non-physical.      Work health and safety is vital to every workplace, which is why, management must put in the effort to spread the importance of WHS and have employees cooperate with management to ensure a safe workplace for all. 1) As with most successful business, a good leadership and management allows for effective and efficient business. That is to say, businesses should incorporated the importance of WHS in the company culture so that employees understand during their orientation on the importance of WHS and attend safety training sessions as required. 2) Besides that, the first action to be taken when solving a problem is to identify the issue. For WHS, this can be done by conducting a through workplace assessment and identify the potential risk and hazards.
